Design develop and implement Pega applications to meet business requirements Utilize Pega Platform and tools to build scalable and efficient solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in Pega development Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Maintain documentation related to Pega development and configurations Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and certifications

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Pega solutions aligned with business needs Develop and configure Pega rules and components following CSSA guidelines Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements Perform unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing Mentor junior Pega developers and provide technical guidance Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables Manage deployment and support of Pega applications in production Continuously improve application performance and scalability
