Responsibility: Oversee daily operations across 3 laundromat locations Manage and support a team of 15 (drivers laundry processors) Be physically present across locations daily (no remote component) Step in operationally when needed: Folding / washing Supporting drivers Handling busy shifts or call-offs Own customer experience: Resolve issues (lost/missing items complaints reviews) Improve service consistency and response quality
Supervise both daytime staff and overnight processing workflows
Track and improve key operational metrics (speed accuracy order flow)
Use internal systems (Sense POS) to manage orders scheduling and communication
Act as the bridge between ownership and frontline staff
Support future local outreach efforts (light B2B exposure not core focus)
Must-haves:
Proven experience in a hands-on fast-paced environment(restaurant warehouse logistics service ops etc.)
Strong people management skills-can lead hold accountability and earn respect
Willingness to be on your feet and in the operation daily
Problem-solver mindset-especially in customer-facing situations
High ownership and accountability (no thats not my job mentality)
Nice to have:
Experience managing multi-location operations
Background in delivery/logistics or service businesses
Process improvement or systems mindset
