Position: QA Lead

Job Description:

The Mission: Lead a specialized QA team in modernizing and maintaining critical State Medicaid systems. You will bridge the gap between legacy Mainframe back-ends and modern Web interfaces using advanced automation (Tosca/TestComplete) and AI-driven testing practices.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Coordinate daily QA activities for a team of testers in an Agile/Waterfall hybrid environment.

Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans oversee manual/automated execution and ensure high-quality delivery.

Reporting: Maintain JIRA dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into testing progress and defect resolution.

Must-Have Skills:

Leadership: 5 years in Software Testing with at least 2 years in a Lead role.
Tech Stack: High proficiency in Tosca or TestComplete.
Environment: Hands-on experience testing both Web and Mainframe applications.
Domain: Experience in the Medicaid/Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
