Job Summary

Job Summary:

The Field Support Analyst 1 role involves ensuring timely and accurate billing for various customer segments including Lighting and Smart Services Business Unit Video Surveillance Colocation and Utility Services. The analyst will conduct billing record audits resolve customer disputes and support the collections process.
Location:Forest Park Georgia United States
Responsibilities:

- Coordinate billing activities for LSSBU and Power and Utility Services accounts.
- Serve as a liaison between various teams including Marketing Pricing & Rates and Metering Specialists.
- Establish new LSSBU accounts and apply appropriate combinations.
- Coordinate billing for new contracts and other one-time or recurring charges.
- Review new unregulated commercial contracts for quality control.
- Maintain accurate billing documentation across multiple systems.
- Resolve WFM issues and perform monthly compliance requirements.
- Communicate with engineering and sales for corrections.
- Find historical data for billing adjustments and audits.
- Analyze billing results based on contracts and tariffs.
- Analyze prints and maps to reconcile data.
- Adhere to compliance regulations for billing adjustments.
- Utilize internal software for calculations and billing validation.
- Assist internal customers with questions and provide support to the sales team.
- Assist with updating processes as new businesses are added.
Required Skills & Certifications:

- Demonstrated technical expertise.
- Extensive CSS knowledge.
- High degree of proficiency in advanced desktop applications (Excel Access).
- Customer Service / Marketing-Sales experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

- Bachelors Degree.
- Experience in complex rates processes and/or billing applications.
- Working knowledge of customer service standards electric service rates and tariffs and various contracts.
- General knowledge of databases.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and technical innovation.

- Ability to work with less direct supervision.
- Must be able to support a challenging fast-paced work environment.
