Lead the migration process to ensure a seamless transition to cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in cloud services management.
Provide expert guidance on account delivery management to enhance client satisfaction.
Provide lead support during major incidents and maintain critical client relationships.
Own overall delivery for a broad spectrum of services including Azure Nutanix VMware SQL and AIX/Linux/Windows environments.
