POSITION OVERVIEW The Cloud Advisor will lead the implementation of scalable high-performance hosting solutions using advanced Cloud Technologies. This role sits within the Infrastructure Managed Services group focusing on legacy transformation and driving next-generation business outcomes for the Products industry sector.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement cloud strategies to optimize infrastructure operations.
• Lead the migration process to ensure a seamless transition to cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in cloud services management.
• Provide expert guidance on account delivery management to enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide lead support during major incidents and maintain critical client relationships.
• Own overall delivery for a broad spectrum of services including Azure Nutanix VMware SQL and AIX/Linux/Windows environments.
