Job Summary
Our client an established restoration company is hiring a Mitigation Coordinator to manage scheduling job intake and daily operations for restoration projects. This role coordinates crews handles incoming jobs and ensures all work is scheduled documented and executed efficiently.
This is a fast-paced operations-focused role requiring strong organization communication and the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Schedule mitigation crews and maintain daily production schedule
Receive and process new jobs (calls program assignments referrals)
Enter and manage job data in PSA and related systems
Coordinate with technicians estimators subcontractors and customers
Ensure all incoming calls are responded to promptly (same-day / within hours)
Track job progress and collect daily updates from field teams
Maintain complete and accurate job documentation (calls notes emails updates)
Upload required documents and ensure job files are complete
Resolve scheduling conflicts and job-related issues quickly
Monitor equipment status and coordinate with warehouse as needed
Support production operations to keep jobs on schedule

Requirements
1 year of experience in scheduling dispatch coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage high call volume and multiple active jobs
Experience with data entry and CRM or job tracking systems
Strong communication skills (phone email internal coordination)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid drivers license

Preferred
Experience in restoration construction or service industry

Experience handling insurance program jobs (Contractor Connection Sedgwick etc.)
