Blanchard Valley Urology Associates part of Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with urology or gynecology experience to provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care in Findlay Ohio offering flexible scheduling no call responsibilities advanced technology and the opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized nonprofit health system.

Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner will independently manage and coordinate patient care in a busy urology clinic while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive outpatient urology care to adult patients
Managing 15 20 patients per clinic day including new and established patients
Conducting detailed patient assessments diagnoses and treatment planning
Performing pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care
Educating patients and families on conditions procedures medications and recovery
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results
Conducting occasional inpatient rounding as needed (no call)
Documenting all encounters in Cerner / Oracle Health EMR
Utilizing AI-assisted documentation tools
Participating in continuous education and professional development
Maintaining compliance with BVHS clinical and regulatory standards
Not accepting visa candidates
Must be available full time
Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required
Not accepting Locums providers

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Salary Range: $120000 $140000 annually
