Job Summary:

- Serve as system administrator for the Informatica suite (PowerCenter MDM IDQ) on Windows environments
- Manage installation configuration performance monitoring and troubleshooting for Informatica products
- Support application development and end-user teams in resolving advanced Informatica process issues
- Install and configure new Informatica products/components and set up new environments
- Coordinate and act as point of contact for platform upgrades and infrastructure changes
- Monitor and manage change control activities impacting environment availability (e.g. patching disaster recovery)
- Create and maintain technical documentation deployment diagrams and operational checklists
- Liaise with vendors related to technology stacks
- Leverage knowledge of systems application architecture data warehouse architecture and data modeling
- Act as a development resource during system downtime
- Perform additional system administration duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with security and configuration standards
- Utilize scripting (PowerShell Python or Perl) for automation and support tasks
- Collaborate effectively with various technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain high attention to detail and solve problems analytically
- Integrate Informatica environments with third-party and on-prem systems
- Utilize experience with Oracle MS SQL Server Windows Server and Active Directory/LDAP
