Position: Lead Java Developer (SpringBoot & Microservices)

Location: Charlotte NC (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:

4 New Roles p- SE4: Two lead engineers with strong hands-on expertise.

Seeking an experienced SE4 to design and deliver scalable high quality spring boot microservices solutions using MongoDB Kafka Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP) with strong expertise in service and workflow orchestration.
Must embrace fast efficient and accurate delivery pipelines and leverage AI assisted rapid development solutions such as GitHub Copilot and Claude including effective prompt engineering.
Requires exposure to Teradata and Oracle database query strategies along with Generative AI awareness and Agentic AI exposure to support modern engineering practices.
Strong communication skills ability to lead and participate in story generation and prioritization and effective cross team collaboration are essential.
Payments domain knowledge and moderate UI stack experience are a plus.
This is a high ownership role envisioning architecture reliability production stability resiliency and performance across enterprise platforms.
Being more self-driven and embracing candor is a plus to achieve efficiency goals while driving and mentoring the team to the delivery targets.
