Job Description:
As a Lead Business Analyst you will provide strategic and people focused leadership to elevate the quality consistency and effectiveness of business analysis across the organization. You will mentor and guide a team of analysts strengthen requirements practices and foster alignment between business and technology teams to improve delivery outcomes and shared understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and promote consistent business analysis standards templates and documentation practices.
• Ensure high quality requirements deliverables including BRDs user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Mentor coach and support a team of business analysts removing obstacles and promoting professional growth.
• Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and cross team discussions to clarify complex business needs.
• Act as a trusted liaison to align stakeholders product owners and technology teams.
• Validate requirements for business value feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
• Communicate recommendations findings and progress clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support testing approaches by ensuring requirements address functional non functional and data needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of business analysis processes tools and team effectiveness.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• 7 years of business analyst experience including at least 3 years leading or mentoring analysts.
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation documentation and process modeling techniques.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across complex initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise level or multi module systems.
• Proficiency with business analysis and ALM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality consistency and continuous improvement.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
