You will learn to Make a Difference in

Trend intelligence

• Continuously scan and analyzesocietal lifestyleand industry trend signals across various sources (media reportsweb listeningsocial media platformsevents).

• Maintain and update internal communication channelsand materialswith relevant trend insights and resources usage monitoring

Trend Insights: Contentdevelopment

• Contribute to the creation of trend briefs for marketing innovation and creative teams.

• Support the development of trend presentations and reports:

• Collaborate on internal and external creative partnerships and co-creation initiatives.

Trend-Driven Inspirations

• Help translate trend insights into creative inspirationsforfragrance development promotion andstorytelling

• Participate in ideation sessions and workshops to spark innovation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Academic background in Marketing Sociology Cultural Studies International Business Business Administration or related fields

• Strong project coordination skills:organizing planningmultitasking andpriorities setting.

• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.

• Analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize complex information.

• Computer knowledge and presentation skills (Proficiency in MS office: Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)

How Would You Stand Out

• At ease with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram TikTok). Ability to extract meaningful insights from online conversations.

• Able to work in a diverse environment (cultures/people)
