Job Responsibilities:
Leads the design development and delivery of learning services solutions education and training for Philips employees and customers ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and consistency across global markets.
Applies deep clinical domain knowledge in Radiology (MRI CT) including imaging workflows protocols and clinical decision-making to translate complex concepts into practical role-specific learning experiences.
Translates clinical evidence guidelines and product capabilities into clear actionable training content that supports effective decision-making and workflow integration in clinical environments.
Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.
Develops and refines high-impact learning experiences and course materials integrating advanced learning methodologies with real-world clinical scenarios to ensure immediate applicability in practice.
Serves as a mentor and consultant to junior and mid-level specialists providing expert guidance on delivery techniques and project management fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Participates in multidisciplinary improvement initiatives collaborating with clinical experts product teams and field stakeholders to design and implement learning solutions aligned with clinical practice product capabilities and customer needs.
Engages learners in high-impact training sessions utilizing sophisticated interactive tools and techniques to drive deep engagement and knowledge retention while tailoring delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and cultural contexts.
Analyzes learner feedback training metrics and performance data to assess effectiveness identify gaps between learning and real-world application and recommend targeted improvements.
Acts as a recognized expert at the intersection of clinical practice and learning delivery introducing innovative instructional methods and technologies that enhance both clinical understanding and workforce capability.
Ensures learning solutions are embedded into clinical and operational workflows supporting sustained behavior change and effective adoption in practice.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelors / masters degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology Engineering or equivalent.
Bachelors/ masters degree in the medical field - advantage.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelors in areas such as Learning Services Training Delivery Education Field or equivalent OR no prior experience required with masters degree.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
