Your Tasks:
- Close collaboration with the operations team and project managers. Maintenance and commissioning of control systems and components in building automation and security technology.
- Programming of MSR automation systems access control video surveillance. Implementation of DDC programs.
- Setting necessary system parameters.
- Conducting advanced system analyses and optimizing systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions.
- Clarifying technical conditions considering all customer requirements.
- Energy optimization of existing systems considering daily operations.
- Customer support and ensuring system availability.
Your Profile:
- Preferably an electrical technician/master or completed training in electrical engineering ideally with relevant work experience.
- Experience in building technology (HVAC) programming or commissioning of MSR systems MSR control strategies and integration of various bus systems in building automation (e.g. BACnet) is advantageous.
- Good PC and network knowledge.
- Confident demeanor good communication skills and a strong customer and service orientation.
- Team spirit commitment and flexibility.
- Valid drivers license class B.
- Very good German language skills both spoken and written; good English language skills are a plus.

Description of the work task:
Planning and setup of difficult and extensive tests and test series
- Prioritize testing and inspection work. Assist in planning tests investigations individual tests and test series on products/assemblies (hardware and software systems etc.) according to general instructions taking economic considerations into account and adhering to applicable standards. Define and execute the setup of test and inspection procedures. Adapt existing test and inspection equipment to the specific task if necessary.
- Prepare objects for examination. Investigation and coordination of customer/product complaints.
Monitoring and evaluation of difficult and extensive Tests
- Assisting in the creation of test plans and monitoring test execution (individual tests endurance tests and test series) e.g. to ensure all defined software and hardware functions; determining reliability using complex test setups and testing techniques depending on numerous mutually influencing parameters; reviewing and if necessary adjusting process plans; performing calculations; documenting and verifying results possibly converting them to account for environmental influences; evaluating test data and interpreting results; and writing reports.
- Suggest further activities or provide feedback to other areas (R&D marketing etc.). Suggest improvements to the objects under investigation.
Equipment maintenance
- Modify maintain and service equipment and systems. Document the causes of errors sources of malfunctions and maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure calibration of the testing equipment.
