Your taks and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the Leadership Talent Development and Coaching of the Team of Project Managers.
• Responsible for the assignment of Project managers to a project given.
• Define and follow KPIs and key metrics for his/herTeam
• Ensure that Team (Project Management) utilisation is at acceptable levels and be able to balance resources asrequired.
• Be accountable for all projectsactivities from Handover from Sales to Handover to Service.
• Execute projects on time at a high quality and with negligible NCCs.
• Maintain or improveregional projectsmargin and deliver same as promised to the customer.
• Maintain good control over the cost development of the contract and giveaccuratepredictions of over or underspending
• Ensure Safety on site on all projects by preventative actions and regularcommunication
• Regional projects first level of escalation
• Keep Dematics standards and customer satisfaction high at all times including Lessons Learnt.
• Work in close cooperation with other departmentsfor the smoothregionalprojectsdeliveryand Team development:
  • Business Solutions teams
  • Global Project Engineering (GPE)
  • LocalEngineeringTeam
  • Procurement
  • Finance EHS HR

Your Qualification:

• Bachelors Degreerequired
• Engineering backgrounddesiderable
• 5 years of successful experience managing project teams in a global fast paced engineering / technology company
• Proven negotiator
• Proventrack recordin delivering projects across a broad spectrum within an associated industry Experienced in contract management for technical projects as well as strong controlling/ dataknow-how(commercial competence)
• Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts practices and procedures for project management and expert knowledge of other areas in the company and how they interact.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding and application of management approaches for work direction andmotivation
• Knowledge in intralogistics or automation industry is anasset
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx.20%). Driving license.
• Good written and spoken Englishand local language. Fluency in other languages is desirable.
