Job Summary
We are looking for a Mendix Developer to support manufacturing and logistics applications within a hybrid environment that includes both existing operations and new battery plant launches. This role will focus on building and enhancing Mendix-based applications to support business workflows integrations and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
- Build reusable modules microflows and UI components within Mendix applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and external system connections.
- Support deployment testing and troubleshooting of applications in production environments.
- Participate in application maintenance and support activities as needed.
- Ensure application performance scalability and usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in application development with hands-on exposure to Mendix.
- Experience building applications in Mendix including modules microflows and integrations.
- Strong understanding of low-code development concepts and Mendix platform capabilities.
- Experience with REST APIs integrations and data handling.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing logistics or supply chain environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Understanding of CI/CD and version control tools.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
