Associate Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as QA Engineers. The ideal candidates should have a strong academic background good analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: / BCA / / MCA
Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025
Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Key Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and functional specifications
Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios
Identify report and track defects
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
Perform manual testing of applications
Ensure quality standards are met before product release
Participate in team meetings and provide status updates

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts
Understanding of SDLC and STLC
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Team player with a positive attitude

Good to Have:

Knowledge of any testing tools (e.g. Selenium / Automation / Manual basics)
Basic understanding of databases (SQL)
Internship or project experience in testing
