Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain WordPress websites and custom themes
Customize plugins and build new functionality when needed
Optimize websites for performance SEO and security
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive designs
Troubleshoot and debug issues across environments
Ensure website compatibility across browsers and devices
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
Strong experience with WordPress (theme and amp; plugin development)
Proficiency in PHP HTML CSS JavaScript
Experience with page builders (e.g. Elementor Gutenberg)
Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization
Nice to Have
Experience with WooCommerce
Basic knowledge of React or modern JS frameworks
Experience working in an agency or consulting environment
Understanding of hosting environments and CI/CD pipelines
