About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth strengthening customer relationships and expanding our market presence in the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Manage customer retention initiatives to ensure long-term client relationships
- Reactivate inactive or lost clients through targeted engagement strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business development efforts
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Handle customer account management ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Provide basic technical support and product-related guidance to clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitors and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
