Position: Inside Sales Executive Experience: 3–5 years of B2B Sales Salary: 35000 – 45000 per month Location: Cochin
Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full sales cycle for Tier 1–2 opportunities (AED 12K–24K annual value) * Conduct qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations * Present proposals and close deals within defined sales cycle timelines * Follow the BANT qualification framework for all opportunities * Self-generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator targeted outreach and content engagement strategies * Build and maintain a consistent personal pipeline alongside SDR-supplied leads * Maintain an organized pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM * Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up * Handle objections using the LAER framework and documented responses * Participate in ongoing sales training and skill development * Contribute to sales playbook development and share best practices * Attend weekly pipeline reviews and strategy meetings Requirements: * Experience in professional services accounting or a related industry preferred * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn-based lead generation * Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline through outbound LinkedIn outreach and engagement
