HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst will provide day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment assisting the wider HR team with system-related activities. This includes troubleshooting issues understanding and interpreting system configurations and clearly communicating system set-ups to stakeholders. The role also has a strong operational focus supporting and driving key annual HR processes such as the performance review cycle compensation reviews and mandatory learning periods.
In addition the role includes a strong reporting element working closely with key stakeholders and system users to deliver meaningful MI reporting. The HRIS Analyst will quickly adapt to and understand the organisations unique system configuration using their knowledge and experience to identify opportunities to improve processes within and around Workday.
Role and Responsibilities:
Therole will support the HR teams in London SydneySingapore and other business hubs
Overall maintenance of Workday supportingend-users by troubleshooting and remediating issuesand queries
Annual Calendar - design test rollout and support of key business processes such as Performance Review Management Annual Compensation Review Mandatory Learning
Projects - implementation of 3rd party system integrations organisational re-designsprocessand report upgrades
BAU - updating system functionality MI reporting responding to system queries support internal & external audit requests security administration integration maintenance
System Upgrades - testing and implementing bi-annual releases configuration of new features
Creation ofMI reporting-annualmonthly and ad-hoc
Maintaininguserguidesdocumentation and intranet pagesfor employeemanagerand HRuse
Responding tointernal and externalauditrequests
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience workingwithinaglobalHR department and with multiple stakeholders across the business
Proven experience with WorkdayHCM(essential) experiencewith one or more of the following: ReportingAbsence Recruiting PerformanceLearning Advanced Compensation (all desirable)
AdvancedMicrosoft Excel and strong analytical skills
Knowledge of configuration of reportsandcustom dashboard creationcalculated fieldsbusiness processes security groups performance review templates absence plans
Understanding oftroubleshooting integrations
Attention todetail andahigh levelof accuracy
The abilityto manage and own projects
