Our highperforming Projects Infrastructure & Construction team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (3 years PQE) with strong frontend experience to join our growing Adelaide practice.

This is an opportunity to work on highquality significantvalue matters within a dynamic and collegiate team led by Partners Martin Lovell and Juniper Watson. With a strong pipeline of local and national work the team is expanding to support largescale project delivery and broader practice growth.

The role

Daytoday you will:

• Work on sophisticated transactions involving complex legal and commercial issues
• Draft and negotiate bespoke commercial agreements including project agreements construction contracts and services and supply contracts
• Undertake detailed due diligence and provide strategic advice across the full project lifecycle including structuring compliance planning negotiation strategy and operational matters
• Contribute to client development relationship management and broader practice growth initiatives

About you

You will bring:

• 3 years PQE in frontend Projects Construction and/or Energy work
• Strong academic credentials and welldeveloped technical legal skills
• A commitment to excellence and delivering highquality outcomes for clients
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
