Job Summary
Title: CMDB Configuration Manager (ServiceNow)
Duration: Long Term Extendable Project
Location: Onsite 2-3 days/week at Denver International Airport (local candidates only)
Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Configuration Manager to strengthen and mature our CMDB data which underpins enterprise asset lifecycle management. This role goes beyond basic administrationresponsible for ensuring Configuration Item (CI) and asset data is accurate complete compliant and serviceaware. The position is pivotal in enabling reliable impact analysis reporting and operational decisionmaking while actively managing integrations reconciliations and stakeholder alignment across Technology Asset Management (TAM) Procurement and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow CMDB (Health Data Manager Attestation)
- Handson expertise with ServiceNow IntegrationHub ETL processes and thirdparty data sources
- Strong knowledge of CI/asset lifecycle alignment and relationships
- Solid grounding in ITIL v4 practices (Service Configuration Management Asset Management)
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification
- ServiceNow CIS in Hardware Asset Management or Discovery
- Experience with HAM Professional and advanced CSDM implementations
- Track record managing large hardware environments (10000 CIs)
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics Power BI or advanced Excel
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX HIPAA NIST) related to asset/configuration managemen
