• Completed training or a degree in the hospitality industry
• One to two years professional experience in this role in a similar position and at a company of a comparable size
• Excellent communication skills
• A confident and positive manner

• Good organisational and teamwork skills as well as self-motivation
• Reliability
• Good command of German and English as well as proficiency in commonly used computer programmes

Your responsibilities:
With your organisational skills you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our high service standards are maintained during the night whilst also looking after security on the premises.

• Responsibility for ensuring smooth operations and optimal operational processes
• Access control security patrols monitoring of security-related systems
• Organisation of shifts
• Conducting shifts (check-in check-out night audit billing room allocation complaint handling induction of new staff etc.)
• Preparing the daily closing maintaining statistics and reporting
• Supporting the team
