• CreatingreportsdashboardsandinsightswithinourCRMtosupportstrategicdecisions
• Managingsalonpricelistsandensuringdataintegrityacrossinternaltools
• Handlingprofessionalcommunicationwithsalons(phone&email)tocompleteandvalidatekeyinformation
• Collaboratingcloselywithcross-functionalcolleaguesacrossthedepartment
• OverseeingtasksanddutiesofBusinessSupportteamandprovidingaccuratereportingandfeedbacktoSalesManager
