Job Summary
We are looking for skilled PEGA Developers (SAL1) with strong hands-on experience in application development. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in PEGA development integrations and deployment processes along with mandatory certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using PEGA platform
- Work on end-to-end PEGA development lifecycle
- Implement and manage REST integrations
- Handle integration exception handling scenarios
- Participate in deployment and release processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement understanding and delivery
- Ensure quality and performance of applications
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in PEGA Development
- Experience working on REST integrations
- Knowledge of integration exception handling
- Understanding of deployment processes
- Experience across multiple PEGA versions (e.g. 7.x 8.x) for candidates with 4 years experience
Certification Requirements (Mandatory)
- CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) - Mandatory
- Should be completed before or in 2023 (SAL1)
- Minimum 6 months gap between CSA and CSSA certifications
Important Criteria
- Candidates with only production support experience will NOT be considered
- Strong focus on development experience is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise-level PEGA implementations
- Good understanding of PEGA best practices
