- Located in Parramatta location upon negotiation across NSW hybrid working supported
- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $149739 up to $173174 pa plus superannuation.

As Manager Compliance & Enforcement you will lead regulatory strategy and operations across compliance and enforcement activities within ECCS. Youll design and enhance frameworks tools and systems while proactively identifying and managing compliance risks using a risk-based approach.
Youll play a critical role in ensuring the safe reliable and responsible operation of NSWs energy and gas infrastructure contributing directly to public safety and the states energy transition.

About You
You are an experienced regulatory professional with strong expertise in compliance and enforcement ideally within energy utilities or infrastructure industries. You understand legislative frameworks risk-based regulation and can confidently navigate complex policy environments.
You are a capable leader who builds high-performing teams and makes sound evidence-based decisions in sensitive or high-pressure situations. With strong communication and stakeholder skills you provide clear advice to senior leaders and build effective relationships across industry and government.
Essential Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of government decision-making processes regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to energy infrastructure and pipelines.
- Strong understanding of the energy and pipelines industry and related regulatory and policy environment including emerging issues and risks.
- Demonstrated experience in leading licensing compliance and enforcement programs with the ability to provide authoritative strategic and regulatory advice.
- Knowledge of organisational governance Cabinet and Ministerial processes and their application in shaping policy and regulatory outcomes.
- Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve complex project or program objectives.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplineor equivalent experience.
