Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and making a real impact Join Talpa Supermercados this summer as a Health & Safety Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting safety initiatives across multiple store locations.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our Health & Safety Technician contributing to meaningful projects that protect our teams and improve operations across our growing organization.
What Youll Do
As a Health & Safety Intern you will:
Assist in developing and standardizing Emergency Action Plans for all store locations
Support the creation and rollout of a Safety Public Announcement Video Project across stores
Review and ensure all Safety Manuals are current accurate and compliant
Partner on safety training initiatives and project implementations
Help reinforce a culture of safety through communication and engagement efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with store teams and leadership
What Were Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Health & Safety HR Business or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in retail operations and workplace safety
