Job Title: Steward / Team Member
Location: The Irish House (Bandra or Powai)
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Job Summary:
The Steward / Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent guest service maintaining cleanliness and supporting smooth restaurant operations. The role involves assisting guests handling orders and ensuring a welcoming dining experience in a lively pub environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus explain items and take food & beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- Ensure tables are clean set and well-maintained at all times
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per company policy
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Handle basic guest queries and escalate complaints when required
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hospitality background preferred)
- 02 years of experience in restaurants pubs or hotels
- Good communication skills (basic English preferred)
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive personality
- Ability to work in shifts weekends and holidays
- Team player with a willingness to learn

Working Conditions:
