Position Summary
We are seeking a polished dependable and service-oriented Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team in Philadelphia. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating positive first impressions enjoys daily interaction with residents and guests and consistently delivers excellent customer service in a luxury residential environment.

Position Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Professional demeanor with attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to listen actively and respond promptly to resident and guest needs
Minimum of two years of hospitality customer service or upscale residential experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
Organized proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Neat polished and professional appearance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Key Responsibilities
Greet residents and guests in a warm professional manner
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk during assigned shifts
Deliver an elevated resident and guest experience through attentive and responsive service
Answer phones manage messages and maintain professional telephone etiquette
Accurately log track and distribute resident packages including routine audits
Monitor lobby activity and security cameras as required
Conduct property walks to ensure safety cleanliness and presentation standards are met
Assist residents with amenity requests local recommendations and service coordination
Build positive working relationships with residents vendors and property staff
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk environment

Experience Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality luxury residential hotel or upscale customer service preferred
Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service
