Security Officer Concierge Associate

Allied Universal is hiring a Residential Concierge Associate. The Residential Concierge greets residents and visitors and provides a professional and welcoming environment at high profile residential client site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer service greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all times
• Direct food delivery personnel to the residential apartment
• Accept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartment
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• High school diploma or Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Certificates of Completion not acceptable)
• Must be at least 21 years of age for role
• Must possess a valid Drivers Licensewith at least one year of driving experience a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months no more than 1 accident in last 24 months no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months) a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications
• Attention to detail
• Customer service skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting
