Project Scope:

We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Web/Internet Engineer to support enterprise-level systems within a government healthcare environment. This role focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development system integrations and ongoing operational support to ensure scalability security and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (O365 Government G5) and Power Platform

Maintain and enhance existing health and administrative systems

Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and security standards

Support system integrations and enterprise architecture initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development

• Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse
  
• Develop model-driven and canvas applications
  
• Customize Dynamics modules (Customer Service Field Service Finance & Operations)
  
• Implement C# plugins workflows and JavaScript customizations
  

Integration & Data Management

• Integrate systems using REST APIs Azure Functions SharePoint SQL and third-party services
  
• Design and manage Dataverse data models
  
• Lead data migration transformation and performance optimization efforts
  

Automation & DevOps

• Build and manage Power Automate workflows and automation solutions
  
• Support ALM processes (Dev/Test/Prod deployments version control patching)
  
• Develop and deploy solution packages across environments
  

Security & Compliance

• Configure role-based security access controls and data governance policies
  
• Ensure compliance with NIST CIS HIPAA and CJIS standards
  
• Support secure system integrations and governance frameworks
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports
  
• Support data-driven decision-making and analytics initiatives
  

Support & Optimization

• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize system performance
  
• Provide production support enhancements and post-go-live improvements
  
• Analyze usage metrics and recommend system improvements
  

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams
  
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  
• Participate in system design architecture planning and Agile processes
  

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation (architecture configurations processes)
  
• Ensure adherence to IT standards and development best practices
  

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

5 years of experience with Power Apps / Power Platform

5 years of experience with workflow design and automation

5 years of experience with MS SQL Server

5 years of experience with Active Directory / Azure AD

5 years of experience with PowerShell scripting

Strong experience with HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery XML

5 years of experience with Power BI

Experience designing enterprise-level system architectures

Preferred Skills:

Experience building and deploying Dynamics solution packages

Knowledge of security and data classification (CDC HIPAA CJIS)

Experience in government or healthcare environments

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
