Pay & Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM $15.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM $15.25/hr (Immediate openings!)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM $15.50/hr
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team in Baldwyn this role you will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining production machinery while ensuring efficiency quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery in accordance with production requirements
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve productivity
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and work orders
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Willingness to work assigned shifts overtime and weekends as needed
