Senior T24 Application Support Engineer,
Job Summary
As a Senior T24 Application Support Engineer you will:
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Temenos T24 Transact and Temenos Payment Hub (TPH).
- Investigate analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Monitor and support end-to-end payment processing including transaction lifecycle and card management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrated banking channels and external systems.
- Handle General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and coordinate with finance and operations teams.
- Work closely with development teams to escalate defects and implement long-term fixes.
- Ensure system stability performance and availability of critical banking applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and guide junior team members on T24-related topics.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 58 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Temenos T24 Transact and TPH support.
- Hands-on experience with Arrangement Architecture (AA) Reporting TPH IF and IRIS modules.
- Strong technical skills in SQL JBase InfoBasic and Java (L3 extensibility).
- Experience working with Temenos Transact Release R21 or later.
- Good understanding of SEPA and SWIFT messaging standards.
- Experience in production support environments including incident problem and change management.
- Exposure to banking/payment domain especially transaction processing and reconciliation.
You should possess the ability to:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using SQL queries and debugging techniques.
- Analyze complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Manage payment flows and identify bottlenecks in transaction processing.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development finance operations).
- Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
- Suggest and implement automation or process improvements.
- Handle high-pressure production environments with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs quality standards and compliance requirements.
