Job Summary
Profile Description
The consultant will:
Provide end-to-end expertise in data centre computer room environments
Support design planning implementation and operations
Ensure security reliability and availability of all components
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a complex multicultural environment
Drive service quality documentation and governance
Key Responsibilities
The consultant will:
Provide technical expertise on data centre environments (capacity performance monitoring
governance)
Manage and coordinate projects related to data centre operations
Support requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment
Define service strategy and roadmap
Ensure quality of documentation and deliverables
Identify and implement continuous improvements and innovation initiatives
Work Methodology
The consultant will:
Work in close collaboration with:
Contribute to:
o Service performance reviews
o Strategic roadmap definition
o Continuous service improvement
Ensure:
o High-quality documentation and knowledge management
o Alignment with Commission IT strategy
Mandatory Requirements
Candidates must meet ALL of the following:
Minimum 20 years of experience in data centre environments
Minimum 6 years of experience with Nlyte DCIM
Proven experience in:
o Data centre design & operations
o Capacity management
o Governance and service management
Certifications:
o Project Management (PM2 or equivalent)
o ITIL
o Six Sigma Green Belt
Education:
o Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
