At Outsource Access we help homeowners and property managers get the urgent roofing support they need when it matters most. We dont just answer phones we make sure every lead is captured every question is answered and the sales pipeline never stops moving even while the rest of the world is sleeping.


How Youll Make a Difference

  • The Golden Minute: You will be the first point of contact for new inquiries responding within 60 seconds to ensure potential clients feel heard and valued the moment they reach out.

  • Driving the Pipeline: By proactively managing outbound calls and daily follow-up rounds you turn cold leads into warm opportunities and keep the sales engine primed for success.

  • Seamless Scheduling: You act as the bridge between the customer and the field team expertly setting appointments and managing the CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

  • Information Excellence: You provide the vital data the team needs by generating roof reports and maintaining real-time communication through CRM text monitoring ensuring total operational clarity.

  • The Proactive Communicator: You have a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and can handle both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach with confidence and clarity.

  • The Detail Detective: You take pride in data integrity ensuring every interaction is logged accurately in the CRM and every report is generated with precision.

  • The Weekend Warrior: You thrive in a non-traditional schedule and enjoy the focus that comes with managing the after-hours front lines to keep a business running 24/7.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable navigating CRM systems (like JobNimbus) using external reporting tools and managing multi-channel communication (voice and text) simultaneously.

  • Your Home Office: You have a reliable quiet workspace with a high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer setup to ensure seamless service for our clients.


Role Details & Schedule

This role follows a Central Time (CT) schedule. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on business needs but the standard hours are:

  • Monday: Day Off

  • Tuesday Friday: 5:00 PM 9:00 PM (4 hours daily)

  • Saturday Sunday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (12 hours daily)
