Job Summary

Job Title: Manager Procurement & Production Planning

Role Overview:

Manage end-to-end procurement production planning and manufacturing operations in a high-volume setup (1.8L orders/month) with a hybrid model (in-house third-party). Focus on cost optimization inventory control wastage and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan procurement of RM & FG based on 6K daily orders
  • Maintain optimal inventory; avoid stockouts & overstocking
  • Drive production planning capacity utilization and scheduling
  • Manage job orders WIP and output tracking
  • Coordinate with factory teams and balance in-house vs third-party production
  • Handle vendor onboarding negotiation and performance tracking
  • Manage BOM updates formulation changes and cost impact
  • Control wastage & expiry (FIFO/FEFO batch tracking)
  • Oversee PO lifecycle and procurement operations
  • Drive cost savings and process efficiency
  • Ensure compliance documentation and audit readiness
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insight


Requirements

  • Experience in procurement / production planning / supply chain
  • Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong skills in inventory vendor management and cost control
