Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
. Facilitate the Agile ceremonies and rituals of the Team to create an environment where the Team can have effective collaboration
. Lead the Team during sprints by creating the environment for effective work
. Support the team in clearing impediments faced by the Team to ensure the iterative and fast delivery to create high value Products.
. Help the Team to effectively manage the Product Backlog with the Product Owner and support the next sprint planning
. Participating in the Ceremonies of the Teams I belong to (my Squad Tribe & Chapter) constantly sharing our Agile Values & Principles
. Promote as a change agent new ways of working efficient communication & interaction between Squad members outside the Squad and with stakeholders
. Support the Team and the Tribe Leadership in publish of Team Metrics for frequent inspection and adaptation
. Solid grounding in Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban or XP with practical experience.
. A good understanding of software delivery from end to end including infrastructure cloud environments networking and system operations.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
. Expert in Agile Lifecycle Management Tools Jira Confluence etc.
. Proficient in building and maintaining team dashboards for executive review
. Familiarity with modern engineering practices like CI/CD DevOps culture test-driven development (TDD/BDD) and infrastructure as code (IaC)
. A curious and proactive mindset with the ability to stay focused and anticipate whats next.
. The ability to create a psychologically safe environment where open feedback and learning are part of daily practice.
. A natural drive for collaboration sharing knowledge and helping the team grow together.
. Strong leadership and coaching skills capable of inspiring aligning and guiding the team through challenges.
. A critical thinker who isnt afraid to question assumptions and promote continuous improvement.
. Confidence in taking full ownership of delivery coordinating efforts across squads and ensuring smooth alignment.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields.
