In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and manage our engineering team with a clear focus on delivery execution and operational excellence.
- Develop and grow your team members.
- Continuously optimize workflows structures and collaboration within the team to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Introduce adapt and maintain processes and a working environment that support reliable engineering delivery.
- Plan and prioritize work together with the team translating objectives into realistic plans and clear commitments.
- Manage stakeholders across the organization and ensure optimal planning alignment and an effective operating environment for your team.

For This Role You Will Need:
- A graduate degree in electrical engineering information technology mechatronics communications engineering or a comparable fieldor equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience leading engineering or project teams or in a comparable role with strong delivery responsibility.
- A strong problemsolving and executionoriented mindset.
- Proven experience leading teams within matrix organizations.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges from a delivery and organizational perspective.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Background in aerospace and defence.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
