Location: Remote (CST or EST preferred)

We are seeking a video editor to remove mention and appearance of a sunsetted feature from an existing explainer video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review source video and reference edit to understand scope

• Execute a clean seamless removal of the sunsetted feature segment 

• Deliver final 1080p 16:9 video file within the project window

• Revise based on feedback

• Incorporate any feedback from client to reach a polished final version

Qualifications :

• Proven video editing experience portfolio or work samples required

• Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute seamless edits under tight timelines

• Experience working with agencies or large brands

• Comfortable working independently on a short-turnaround project-based engagement

• Experience editing branded or product explainer videos preferred

• Familiarity with financial services or tech brand video content preferred

• Motion/animation skills that could support seamless cuts or transitions (nice to have)
