Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Grain & Hop Store venue. This role is responsible for driving bookings building strong client relationships and maximizing sales across events corporate functions and group business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This venue has a huge opportunity for secondary spaces as well as competitive socialising and the home for sport in the city.
Qualifications :
- Social media awareness to support event promotion and drive engagement.
- Experience managing event bookings from enquiry through to delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Creative approach to maximising venue space
- Strong understanding of the local market and competitor landscape
