Finance Associate

This position is responsible for providing support to the Accounting & Finance team in the preparation of 
various financial reports and projects to improve accounting IT and internal controls and office operations 
for the Group of entities in Singapore Australia and Japan. 
The rapid growth of our business and the increased complexity of our Groups of entities makes this role an 
exciting interesting and a challenging proposition. The role is broad based and will require an individual 
who is self-motivated to make an impact that matters. 

Assist with research filing recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial and corporate 
secretarial records.  
Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports such as management accounts presentation of 
materials and other documents for management and investors to have insights into business 
performance trends tenancy arrears management forecast and credit review checks.  
Liaise with third party such as auditors tax agents banks investors on financial related matters. 
Undertake tasks or projects to improve accounting IT controls internal controls office 
operations and business sustainability.  
Undertake tasks or projects relating to accounting and office operations. 
Support in any adhoc finance activities as required by managers/directors inclusive of 
administrative matters  

Qualifications :

Diploma or Degree in Accounting 
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. MS Excel) 
Meticulous resourceful tech-savvy and able to perform under tight deadlines
