Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves making outbound calls handling customer inquiries and generating leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up on leads and maintain call records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English & Local Language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
