Title: Depot Repair Engineer/Technician
Position Summary
NCR is looking for an ATM Depot Repair Technician to join our Repair Center team.
The role focuses on the repair refurbishment and troubleshooting of ATM machines and ATM modules ensuring high-quality repairs and compliance with NCR quality and safety standards.
This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong learning ability problem-solving skills and experience in hardware repair and fault analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repair refurbishment and testing of ATM machines and sub-assemblies
Diagnose ATM hardware faults and perform root cause analysis
Replace defective ATM parts and components and verify functionality through testing
Follow NCR standard work instructions SOPs and quality procedures
Document repair actions test results and findings accurately
Escalate complex or recurring issues when
Comply withESD safety and quality standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the repair center
Required Qualifications
--Greek is essential--
Willingness and ability to learn ATM repair processes and components
Basic knowledge of hardware and electronic components
Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills
Ability to use basic hand tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and strong quality mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience working on computers and electronic assemblies
