Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and decisive General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location (10486 W Florissant Ave). - Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth profitability and market competitiveness
- Lead mentor and manage a diverse team fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
- Oversee all operational functions including budgeting financial planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of organizational assets
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Make informed decisions on staffing scheduling and operational procedures to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership stakeholders and team members to align on organizational objectives and expectations
- Implement and maintain quality standards safety protocols and best practices across all operational areas

Qualifications :
- Proven expertise in strategic planning business development and operational management
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
- Experience with staff onboarding performance management and organizational development
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in complex business situations
- Preferred: Experience in vendor management and process improvement initiatives
- Preferred: Background in a similar industry or operational environment
