We are seeking an experienced and decisive General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location (10486 W Florissant Ave). In this pivotal leadership role you will oversee all aspects of business operations drive strategic initiatives and foster a high-performing team culture. • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth profitability and market competitiveness
• Lead mentor and manage a diverse team fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development
• Oversee all operational functions including budgeting financial planning and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of organizational assets
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Make informed decisions on staffing scheduling and operational procedures to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership stakeholders and team members to align on organizational objectives and expectations
• Implement and maintain quality standards safety protocols and best practices across all operational areas

Qualifications :

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
• Experience with staff onboarding performance management and organizational development
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in complex business situations
• Preferred: Experience in vendor management and process improvement initiatives
• Preferred: Background in a similar industry or operational environment
