Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer (Service Delivery - Delivery Lead) to oversee full stack development delivery while leading a team of Engineers in building high quality scalable solutions. This role combines hands on development expertise with team leadership responsibilities focusing on delivering customer centric solutions aligned to business requirements timelines and quality standards. The position requires strong technical proficiency in Java and Angular alongside the ability to guide development efforts contribute to solution design and ensure efficient delivery within defined deadlines and budgets.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage full stack development teams to deliver high quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain applications using Java and Angular technologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution design sessions and technical architecture discussions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Deliver development work within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure code quality and minimise rework through best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on delivery expectations.
• Integrate systems and components to support end to end solution functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and delivery practices.

Qualifications :

• 7 to 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Experience developing front end applications using Angular.
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts and practices.
• Proven experience leading or supervising development teams.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience contributing to solution design and architecture discussions.
• Ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
