Warehouse Assistant (pandamart)

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Fulfillment Associates to support the daily operations of the warehouse in Singapore. Able to work on shift based work patterns.  

This role will be based in Singapore and will be reporting to the Store Manager.

Working Hours: 12-hour shifts daily 7am to 7pm (Day Shift) or 7pm to 7am (Night Shift)

Working Schedule: Rotating shift days - 3 days work 4 days off then 4 days work 3 days off  (e.g. Thursday to Saturdays then Thursday to Sunday)

1) pandamart Yio Chu Kang: 10 Ang Mo Kio Street 65 #04-16 Singapore 569059

2) pandamart Mandai: 30 Mandai Estate #01-01 Mandai Industrial Building Singapore 729918

Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling customers online grocery orders by picking and scanning and packing items for delivery timely
• Receive and replenish grocery items in the store accordingly
• Manage warehouse inventory ensuring efficient goods flow and accurate inventory count
• Lead and guide other pickers on daily work allocation
• Adhere to workplace and food safety regulations

Qualifications :

Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
• Comfortable to handle non halal food items (Eg. Pork)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Understanding of 5s methodology and makes conscious effort to practice on daily routines and ingrain into personal habits.
• Tech Savvy or comfortable with working with mobile devices laptops and other forms of digital communication.
• Able to read understand & communicate in English is a must.
• Must be able to work in different locations (cross-deployment) based on roster and operational needs within a cluster of stores
• Displays reliable attendance (i.e. conscientiously avoids unplanned leaves compliant with leave application process) 
• Prior experience in warehouse or retail environment preferred
• Knowledge in Warehouse/Inventory Management Systems will be an added advantage
