Job Description :

Au sein du Service client France vous assurez la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients en répondant à leurs besoins en résolvant leurs problématiques et en leur offrant une expérience positive. Vos principales missions sont :

- Gérer les commandes (saisie suivi alertes en cas de problème...)

- Répondre aux demandes clients informations..

- Résoudre les problèmes logistiques gérer les réclamations

- Enregistrer les réclamations qualité et cas de vigilance

- Controler et valider les demandes davoir

- Assurer spécifiquement la relation avec les clients e-retail (suivi des flux EDI identifier les anomalies...)

Profile Description :

De formation de niveau bac2 ou équivalent vous avez une première expérience dau moins 2 ans en relations clients administration des ventes. Vous savez utilisez un CRM et avez une bonne maîtrise dexcel. Vous avez le sens du service client savez gérer les priorités et savez gérer les imprévus. Vous aimez gérer et analyser les données.
