Lounge Manager
Job Summary
As Lounge Manager you will lead the day to day operation of the Lounge ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional and seamless experience. You will inspire and guide the team to deliver warm attentive service while maintaining Nobus high standards across food beverage and guest engagement. Through strong leadership and attention to detail you will help create a vibrant and welcoming environment that reflects Nobus unique balance of energy and elegance.
You will
- Lead the daily operation of the Lounge ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests from arrival through to departure
- Lead coach and develop the Lounge team to deliver exceptional service standards
- Ensure strong knowledge of the food and beverage menus across the team
- Monitor service flow and guest satisfaction addressing any issues promptly
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless operations
- Drive revenue through upselling and promoting the Lounge offering
- Support team scheduling and labour planning to ensure efficient coverage
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and operational organisation
- Monitor stock levels and support ordering and inventory management
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Build strong communication across departments to ensure the guest journey flows smoothly
- Maintain compliance with company health and safety and licensing regulations
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu embodying our values of Family Crafted Smile and Kokoro
What Were Looking For
You bring leadership experience within a luxury restaurant hotel lounge or bar environment. You are a confident and visible leader with strong operational knowledge a passion for hospitality and the ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional service. Organised proactive and guest focused you take pride in creating memorable experiences while maintaining strong commercial awareness.
