(Junior) Operations Securities Manager Security Transfers (mfx)

• Master the Flow: Drive daily internal account reconciliations and Free of Payment bookings ensuring the heartbeat of our securities movement is flawless
• Own the Settlement Lifecycle: Provide expert oversight of settlement activities and TaxBox delivery acting as the primary bridge between us and our global counterparties
• Be the Operational Detective: Investigate mismatches with a root-cause mindset transforming discrepancies into opportunities for system optimization and excellence
• Influence Strategy through Data: Conduct deep-dive analyses on transfer data to provide the ground truth for high-level operational decision-making
• Build for Scale: Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve manual workflows into scalable automated processes that can keep pace with our explosive business growth
• Manage Key Relationships: Serve as the professional face of the company in communications with external partners and data providers ensuring seamless high-trust settlement cycles

Qualifications :

• The Foundation: You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or hold a university degree in Business Finance or a related field
• Professional Experience: Youve gained exposure to the world of financeperhaps through an internship or your first entry-level role in securities brokerage or banking operations. If youve spent time in the engine room (Middle or Back Office) of a bank youll feel right at home here
• A Quick Learner: You have a natural interest in how the financial world works are comfortable with Excel and pick up new software systems quickly. If youve heard of Clearstream or TaxBox thats great but we are also happy to teach you
• The Communicator: You are ready to work in a professional environment in both German and English
