This position reports to the Head of Learning and Development
Purpose of the role:Design develop and deliver comprehensive learning anddevelopment programs that enhance employee capabilities driveperformance improvement and support organizationalgrowth. Lead project administration of learning initiatives createengaging learning experiences through innovative design andfacilitation and provide mentoring and coachingsupport particularly for interns and early-career professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Learning Design and Development
- Design and develop innovative learning programs curricula andtraining materials aligned withbusiness objectives.
- Create blended learning experiences incorporating digital platforms workshops and Prosus Academy and hands-on activities.
- Conduct training needs analysis and gap assessments to identify learning priorities
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness
Facilitation and Delivery
- Facilitate engaging workshops training sessions and learningexperiences for diverse audiences.
- Deliver both virtual and in-person training programs using varied instructional methodologies.
- Adapt facilitation style to different learning preferences and group dynamics.
- Create interactive and participatory learning environments that drive engagement.
Project Administration
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for learning and developmentinitiatives
- Coordinate resources timelines budgets and stakeholder communications for Learning and Development projects
- Track project milestones deliverables and outcomes using projectmanagement methodologies
- Maintain detailed project documentation and report progress to leadership.
Mentoring and Coaching
- Provide structured mentoring and coaching support to interns andjunior professionals
- Design and implement comprehensive intern development programs and onboarding experiences
- Conduct regular group coaching sessions focused on skill development and career growth
- Create mentorship frameworks and matching programs across the organization
Strategic Learning and development Partnership
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business units to align learningstrategy with organizational goals
- Support change management efforts through targeted learning anddevelopment interventions
- Stay current with Learning and Development trends technologies and best practices in the e-commerce/tech Industry.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors degree Organisational Psychology/Human ResourceManagement Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years in learning and development training designinstructional design or related field
